At SB Performance Services we can offer a variety of personalised training plans to help you achieve your short, mid and long term goals; whether it is to win that National Championship, set a new Personal Best or just to get outdoors and being able to enjoy more of the countryside with your bicycle there is a plan below that will help.

Initial Consultation 

  • Detailed rider questionnaire
  • Review of previous training history
  • Evaluation/Life style audit
  • Initial consultation with coach
  • Agree a SMARTER training plan based around your aims and goals
  • Current fitness assessment and establishment of Heart Rate/Power Zones
  • Personalised prescribed training based around your goals, lifestyle and training time available
  • Daily email of Training Plan and full description of sessions
  • Coaching provided by one of the Countries top coaches (BC Qualified)
  • Support by email and phone.
  • Review of key sessions completed
  • Support, advice and help preparing for races and key events.

Bronze – Coaching Plan  (£80 pcm)

  •  Personal prescribed training plan uploaded monthly onto Training Peaks*
  • One 15-minute client initiated monthly review with coach by telephone
  • Training data reviewed every 4 weeks with brief feedback given at the 2-week point
  • Phased testing of athlete throughout the training plan period
  • Limited coach support via text, message or email throughout training period
  • Discount on all parts & accessories at Bridgtown Cycles

 

Silver – Coaching Plan  (£100 pcm)

  • Personal prescribed training plan uploaded every 2 weeks onto Training Peaks*
  • Up to 2 personal individualised power plan’s for them all important races (Best Bike Split)
  • Review of previous event data where possible
  • One 15-minute client initiated bi-weekly review with coach by telephone
  • Training data reviewed every 2 weeks by head coach
  • Phased testing of athlete throughout the training plan period
  • Up to 2 changes of training plan each month
  • Coach support via text, message or email throughout training period
  • Discount on all parts & accessories at Bridgtown Cycles
  • Opportunity for a power meter rental (extra cost included)

 

Gold – Coaching Plan  (£130 pcm)

  • Premium Training Peaks Account
  • Personal prescribed training plan uploaded every week onto Training Peaks
  • Unlimited personal power plan for them all important races (Best Bike Split)
  • Review of previous event data where possible
  • One 15-minute client initiated weekly review with coach by telephone/in person at location
  • Training data reviewed every week by head coach
  • Analysis of key event data to review athlete’s performance objectives
  • Performance profiling of an athlete
  • Phased testing of athlete throughout the training plan period
  • Unlimited changes of training plan each month
  • Coach support via text, message or email throughout training period
  • Opportunity for a 1:1 coached ride (ask for details)
  • Advice on pre-race/event preparation & nutrition
